Also crash as soon as I choose Endu opponents. Was not the case before the update. For example, do I only choose the Alpine, for example is it running ...? Something doesn't fit.
To ask what are these like to official S397 cars when put into the same race together - in the last version, the ES cars was marginally quicker
Endurance Series rF2 buid 4.10 MOD - CHANGELOG * Graphics : Corrected Aston Martin GTE crashing in showroom and at track loading. If you still happen to have issues after testing on the game official build (not beta RC), feel free to contact us in private. MOD - DOWNLOADS * Endurance Series rF2 - STEAM WORKSHOP : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=788866138 * Endurance Series rF2 - MOD build 4.10 rfcmp : https://mega.nz/file/AkhXQCyZ#n4-vQWZSukUjd5nTikWnpw7DsrXH5oWN_f8KqJA5cnM
The issue with the Mega download is that once you used up the 5gb quota, it wants you to buy premium (which I have no intention to) or wait 6 hours - what a PITA
A big thank you for a great update. One of the best and most extensive mods for rFactor 2 has been brought up to date again.
TBH, though it may sound like a time wasting activity and I know it could be done that way too, it was so I can open it in MAS and alter the .veh file so it blends in with the other S397 items (so one of which, you get one LMP2 class and not 2) as the motivation is to integrate them into the official contents (which is not still not answered above) - never understood it having stuck out in the UI - I came into sim racing when S397 took over rF2, long after rF1 and was used to the AC way of things; maybe that's why
Amazing and brilliant gigantic work from which S397 could be inspired to offer us paying mods far from perfection in terms of sounds, physics and skins. Thanks again for everything.
Well you can just use the workshop to download the file, don't launch rfactor, make a copy of the rfcmp from the workshop/content directory then unsuscribe the item, that way you have the file downloaded and you can do whatever pleases you
10 out of 10 points great work once again. You can only take your hat off and say thank you. Keep up the good work guys.
Fantastic update, cars look great! I did notice one bug; I've only driven the GTE Vette and Flat 6, but I couldn't adjust the mirrors up or down on either car, only left/right.
Gave the update a spin at Imola. Sadly I couldn't get all the 43 entries of the ELMS 2016 field onto the grid, as the track has a limit of 32 spots. What else needs to be said that it's well worth a donation and a perfect showcase on how to keep content fresh and up to spec. What a service and even for free. Considering that the game wasn't even maxed out and that the track hasn't been updated to support PBR it's amazing how crisp and in depth everything looks. There is just something compared to other products on the market that makes you feel like you are driving through 3D space and that you can actually touch the road surface. And it didn't skip one single beat with medium spec hardware. The only complaint - and it isn't a real complaint but a wish - is that visor mods in the upgrades would be the icing on the cake, especialy for the open top cockpits. Other than that it's a top notch job. 11/10
