I am working on a mod atm for rf 1 and 2 and have found some of my content to be used in a recently released 3rd party mod for rf2, this new mod has been encrypted presumably by ISI and also contains models from Grid Autosport. Now that the mod has been encrypted I am guessing there isn't much I can do to protect my content, but does anyone know of what I can do from here? I have tried to discuss the issue with the makers of the mod who claim it isn't mine, but my modeler knows 100% that it is mine due to flaws with it. I tried contacting ISI to request it not be encrypted but I guess they didn't receive it or didn't care about my claims. I have put hundreds of hours into my mod and still have a long way to go, but hate seeing my work used by others without permission especially since I haven't released it yet. I also find it interesting that ISI would encrypt a mod containing cars directly exported from Grid Autosport. Any advise on my situation would be appreciated. edited to add 3rd party to avoid confusion of ISI making the mod.
