If you use Hotmail and have not received your email from us, we've tested and found a way that receipt works. Unfortunately, it's very annoying, but hotmail changed the way they deal with our emails. No email? Seems Hotmail has blocked emails to where you won't even see them in SPAM without adding as safe sender. http://rfactor.net/web/email-issues/
