Dynamic mirrors on VR, "Real mirrors"

I'm not sure, I believe everything should be rendered, but maybe if the car doesn't show wheels in cockpit view, then it won't work.

I have tested in the bmw m4 class1 and the interior mirror shows the interior of the car, when should it show the vehicles that come behind, since it is a mini camera located at the rear of the vehicle, can that be fixed?

Well, if I want to see the side of the car in the rear-view mirror as seen in a real car is fine, but seeing the interior of the car in the central rear-view mirror from inside the car in an official mod is not right, it should only be seen what shows a rear camera ... that should be solved, as well as seeing some mirrors with perspective of movement since they are fixed, especially in virtual reality

Well, it's not even a supported feature, so I don't think it will ever be fixed.

thanks but it doesn’t work on a lot of cars
Some of the historic 66 cars mirrors can not be adjusted at all
 
agree: but VR with the latest graphic updates is not getting any love and its becoming the opposite more like ppl hating VR in rf2. At this present time i dont waste my time racing in leagues/ comp system because of VR.

I compete in leagues, but I don't go back to the monitor, just virtual reality:);)

What problems do you have with VR?
In our league, at least the half of the people use VR without problems.

Rain night racing is crap have to turn everything down, optimization is what's needed cannot remember the last time they did anything for VR, wait its like that for most of the sim. dont really care to be honest on a break and wont be back till about dec2022. will just watch see and comment here if i feel the need to.

Yes, the optimization of the night in VR is bad.
You need a very powerful pc.
Reading your post, i thought that VR was unusable for you.

of course the wet floor or the rain in VR if that sucks ... and the black spray at night too
 
I'm using VR of course.

To me dynamic mirrors sounds like way to risky/costly for FPS, comparing to the very small immersion improvement it would bring.

Surely not the thing to improve in VR right now...

Currently adjusting mirrors in rF2 - such a pain. Also looking how low impact to FPS it does in AC + how immersive it looks = it should be #1 fix to VR in rF2.
