The last 2 Beta's i experienced something odd.
The FPS is quite unstable generaly.
V-sync sometimes looses it's sync, while FPS should be above 60.
Lowered the settings so the system should have no problem running it 60+ fps (one car - med settings).
But still framerates vary quite a lot. Even on FPS friendly Zandvoort.
    Now comes the strange part.
As soon as i enable framerate monitor with CTRL-F, framerate suddenly is perfectly flat..
V-sync is than working flawless en the image is silky smooth.
Info shows me that my system is only using 70% GPU -and 17% CPU.
This happened on both Beta versions.
Is not something i can explain or get rid of with different graphic settings.
Can other people try if their framerates get more stable with the framerate monitoring on?

PS: Yeah i know V-sync is bad...only put v-sync off when sims get above 110-120 fps. I hate tearing.
My Panasonic plasma has almost zero screen-lag, to make up for the lost V-sync frame.

I had the same problem. I make a clean installation of rf2 and setting again rf2 and the problem was solve.

After doing that DON'T USE ALT + TAB it doesn't work correctly. Don't return in windows when rf2 is running.

Other thing : in the launcher YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE BOX NAME "auto close launcher" (or something like this).

Don't use vsync in your nvidia driver. Use vsync in rf2 : "video". Privilegiate rf2 AA it seems better smooth.
