DX11 Open Beta Bugs/Problems Reports and Fixes

I have same crash a the end of loading since the today update (Loading like yesterday Nola + GT500)

 

Track & Layout Used: N/A
Car Used: StockCars_2015
Applicable Settings: doesn't matter
Bug Report:When revert back to Dx9 build ISI_Stockcars_2015 is missing, cannot locate it in workshop. Stockcar_2015 is not installed and sits in its contents folder as 'cache' file. I am unable to install Stockcar_2015 v1.1 to Build 1108 DX9, losing ISI-Stockcars_2015, now I can't turn left.
I had to go to external site to find a copy of ISI-Stockcars_2015 to re-install. I keep my packages folder clean from old/unused rfmods and I think once ISI-Stockcars_2015 was removed fropm the workshop, it is deleted from user computers if there is nothing dependant on it.
Steps to reproduce: clean out the packages folder rfmods,/race events. opti into DX11 Beta, revert back to DX9 build, check packages, ISI-Stockcars-2015 is gone
System Specs:Windows 7 64 bit, Intel Core i7-2600k @ 3.40 GHZ clocked to 4.44 GHZ, 8.0 g DDR3 RAM, MSI Nvdia GeForce GTX960 gaming video card/2G memory, OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SATA III SSD, Internet 15k up/ 150k down
