DX11 Keyboard and mouse fail

    In the garage the keyboard does not respond well and the mouse goes jumping, the same with the chat on track. I have formatted the disk and made a clean installation from scratch, and the problem persists.
    Any idea that may be going on?

    i5 4690k
    16GB RAM
    GTX 1070

    I try with another keyboard and work fine, but the problem was only on RF2, i dont known what is the problem. thanks!
