If you can put Hockenheimring and Valencia in the future (because it was the last year they raced there, I went to that race and loved it) it can be amazing. I like every track of the season though.

Also hope to see "self made" tracks as VirtuaLM guys or PL guys...I mean new rFactor 2 quality tracks to match the quality of the cars.

 

Apologies if this is a stupid question but why do tracks have to be installed to run a skin pack?

Particularly tracks like Mills and Portugal which haven't been released as components yet and rely on other mods being installed. This is why people say rF2's mod install system is a pain.

Don't take this as a criticism, I'm just curious.

 

Because for make a complete mod in the current package system have at least one track is mandatory, dont ask me why.

Thanks looks great, just one question is the Merc skin I am using here meant to be a bit shinier more like the chrome traditional Mercedes look as the default t5 skin has?

Here is a couple laps around Monaco 2012 with all the cars too along with showing the skin I am talking about.

 

In that track, in that version at least, the reflection environment feature are no present (code in the .scn file), try another track like one of ISI and you see full chrome glory.

 

Ok thanks will do, I remembered the chrome in the Mauro skins thought it may have been brought on by the shader bug with v198. All cars did look a little dull here so will do some laps on another track and see the skins in all their glory

I ran some laps at the new Botnairing .91 track, here the opening lap of a AI race with the full DTM 2012 field on each of the 3 layouts in each of the 3 car makes. Chrome is as it should be so I need to find a newer version of that Monaco track or at least try fix it myself.

One question: Where have the red circles around the fuel inputs of the BMWs gone? You posted a pic of the Spengler BMW where the circle was there but now theyre not there anymore

 

That skin was by atomameise .. and i have check this but see that only on Hockenheim

 

Why did you create this mod dependent from installation of other tracks components?

 

because when you want play that mod online .. you need some tracks in mod
when we find another way to bring it on .. we release it

I think the listed dependent track are from ISI, that dependents from other components, that was updated for no dependent from other mods.
Well, I am trying to not install again ISI components lower the v1.4 (single mods). Iam waiting for them to update all for single mods, the wait is loooooong, but I would like to try yours mod. To say the true I dont even care must about ISI mods, who played with ISI rFactor 1 stuff, after some quality mods appear? not me.

So please consider to make a versions with no other mods (tracks) dempendence or a versions with no ISI tracks such as virtual LM tracks.

There will be a verify option on the menu bar along the top of the mod manager. Make sure verify install is unticked.

Sooo actually i'm working on skinupdate because colors are not good enough.

Still making a great job man.

Is hard to find the better tone since the HDR in rFactor 2 is a little bit "confusing". (don´t know which word to describe it)

I like the colours so far.
