SOLVED DRS closing without pressing the button

    Hi All,

    I'm one of the administrators of a league running F1-type cars and from time to time, DRS closes in the middle of the area without pressing the button or just refuses to open when entering the area. I'm talking about practice or qualifying. Parameter "RearFlapZoneSessions" is set to 31 in both the track GDB and the mod's RFM file. Any ideas? :confused:

    It should close anyway when you touch the brakes?

    Yes, of course, but this is not the case. It happens while accelerating, in the middle of the DRS Area and with no button pressed. It's random and more likely to happen in some tracks (although I can't see anything strange in the GDB file)

    put a small dead zone at the beginning of your brake ( press brack slightly then press the minimum button etc )

    I bet that will sort it, your brake is flickering just very slightly into the start of braking
