DRM Revival, still not possible on rF2?

CC seems to work on a BTCC Volvo S40 so I would assume the work on the DRM mod has been finished more or less and now it is lacking permission from the DRM modding team - or they are just checking and testing and having so much fun with the DRM mod on rFactor (2) again that they don't have the time to give permission ;-)

DRM = Don't really mind?

I still would be glad to see the DRM mod for rF2 :-)

God of war's release date was last week.
So maybe they didn't want to share their release window with God of War: Ragnarok !

It's just a joke :), we know making high quality mods for rF2 can be tough sometimes.

You shouldn't hold your breath either. I believe Storm Gang Simulation is going to work with the people who did the Grand Touring Group 5 mod for Automobilista and put that in rF2 anyway. At least it will be free, I know definitely if DRM Revival ever comes it will be a pay mod even though rF1 mod was free.

I think it will not be a problem if it is paid content - I respect the work and time people have to spend for such a mod or conversion; I think it would be nice to have a final word on it or at least a status like "release has been denied" or "still being proved by DRM modding team".

Anyway I would love to see Group 5 coming to rF2 in general (or all the other groups of the 80ies) :-)
 
Already mentioned this in an interview yesterday evening during virtual racing orgs 8 hours of Abu Dhabi in relation to their Watkins Glen event in October and that I expected it as the class of cars for that event, but ...

Again - releasing this as DLC or not would be a great improvement for rF2's endurance events IMHO.
