Hello, I am hosting some multiplayer races on my own server, but up until now I have been unable to enable "driver hotswaps" (driver swapping while the car is on the track, not swapping in the pits or after pitting) on my server. I have followed all the online guides and edited my single- and multplayer.jsons accordingly, but nothing happens when the assigned "driver hotswap" key is pressed. There is no dialogue in the chatbox (no "hotswapping disallowed" like in singleplayer) either. I have placed the .rfmod file in the correct package map and checked all the editable options in the .rfm file. So, how do I enable and use it?
I can't help, but that seems to be a dangerous procedure even if it's possible. What happens to the car hurtling down the track while the server re-assigns the driver?
That is what I will try out, I suppose. I know what I am asking is possible, I just don't know how to make it available.
