Disabling Force Feedback in MOD DEV Mode

Again forgive me if this a duplicate question, I searched but couldn't find any info.

I'm using a Moza R21 wheel base and ISI KartCup in MOD DEV mode to set up the AI for my kart track. R21 is already a pain to configure in rF2, and it will not work correctly in MOD DEV mode regardless of settings, so I just shut down the Moza Pithouse app. Strangely, it then operates fine until I change any of the Garage (chassis setup) settings away from Default. Once I do that the FFB comes back to life, even with Pithouse shut down. So I'm wondering if there is any way to just completely disable FFB in MOD DEV mode.

Go into Steam, on the left hand menu, right click on properties. Select BETA's and switch to DEV MOD with FFB support.

It's a old big that hasn't been fixed, so you'll have to use the work around at the moment
 
Like @woohookid , i also would suggest to use the "previous moddev" Beta.
I have a G 920 and the FFB was also much too strong with latest rF2 Builds but with the above mentioned Beta it works fine. :)

I switched to the "previous moddev" Beta. It did change the feel of the FFB but the basic problem of it being too strong still existed. So I then went into the FFB section of the moddev menu and turned all the settings to zero. At first this completely eliminated the FFB which is what I had hoped for. But then strangely after I drove for about 15 minutes, the FFB slowly reappeared and kept getting stronger the longer I drove. I checked the FFB menu again and everything was still set to zero. Very odd, but it stays away long enough to get my driving paths laid down, so I'm not going to worry about it. Once I got to this point I did encounter a new issue that really has me stumped.... it's unrelated so I'll post it in a new thread.

I can not judge it, because i use a different Wheel, but that something like the FFB changes by itself, the longer you drive, sounds weird.
Did you google, to check if there maybe are known Problems like yours, with the same Wheel that you use?
