Maybe in the scn file they are not marked as Coll Target = False??
It could happen that ingame it is not necessary but in devmode yes.

    I am guessing though....

Is it possible for anyone to record AI line on any track? Not that i know how to do it, yet, but some tracks that i see AI is lower in some corners and i just wondered if thats something anyone are allowed to do (even possible to do) or if it has to be the track creator. Unless permission is given.

For your personal use, you can do what you want!
If you want to release this you have to ask for permission. Better to get in contact with track creator, so that he could release a new version with edited aiw.

Then your problem was probably with the paths defined in the scn file. If so, you can correct them and put everything to its natural folder in order to work "normally".
