1997, yay! Can't wait.
Currently, only Ferrari and Forti 1996 ready
ASR / F1SR have produced cars from this era already. You could possibly collaborate?
Sadly there are MAJOR differences in the quality of the cars so I wouldn't count on that.
Awesome, these 2 seasons will be a great addition!
man... I think I love you
No, I only do the conversion But I peep in their mods
Someone's already converting 1997 with proper quality.
And don't touch 1995, that's mine when I finish 1999. Or 2010, I still haven't decided.
1995 pretty please!
1995 it is.
Cue "Joe Satriani - Back To Shalla Bal"
Won't be done within a week though, I like to do high quality conversions.
I'd say '95
For the Australians, from '96 but i think i remember the '95 outro was about the same (except at the end)
And "Summer Song", and Steve Vai - Juice, and F1 1997 soundtrack
That's where the menu music in rF2 is missing, it gave a little something more to get in the mood for these cars.
IndyCar 95 mod in rF with the Delta Force theme was great in that aspect.
Yeah, rF1 allowed modders to have their own "main menu" thing, redesign it, add their own music for when their mod is picked. rF2 is lacking there, and the ability to race a whole season. I'd love for season mode to return, and maybe this time around let us create our own seasons with car and track selections.
Please SL1DE do a 2010 conversion! It would be awesome!!
The plan at the moment is 1995, and then 2010.
Here's what I've done so far.
If necessary, I am ready to provide any assistance
Should be fine, although it looks like it'll need a lot of work from what I'm seeing. There's stuff I've had to do from scratch. I don't want to steal your thread, let's go back to talking about your 1996-1997 conversion after this post.
Oh, random question - Do you know if it's possible to delete a material in 3DSimED? This 1995 mod has a steering wheel with arms on it, and I can't figure out how to delete the arms.
If among the GMT's has wheel_spinner, use it. It has no arms. You only need to remember to set the pivot point.
Good idea. Thanks.
Edit: It doesn't though.
