Dedicated server not showing up

so i want to set up a server for my simracing team to test on, but it doesn't show up in the server list.
i port forwarded all the ports to tcp&udp, and even in my firewall, but it does not show up.

any idea to what could be the problem? is this a common issue?

Make sure the steamplugin.dll is present and turned on in the custompluginvariables.json file.

I had this very same issue last week.

If it is present make sure your steam ports are open. Typically they are the 2 ports following your HTTP port. (64298-64299)

One more question, how do i load a realroad on the server?
