Decrypt .mas file

The topic of this thread is strange, but let me explain.

I've developped the Alpine Series rF2 build 2.00 mod and now I want to update the GT4 version in 2026 configuration (new tires and few update).
But I didn't succeed to contact my friend Klo-Che to obtain files in the ModDev not crypted.
I know that he send the package not crypted to a guy at S397 company to encrypt the files.

Please help me.
