Deactivate the environmental reflections and shadows EXCLUSIVELY on the opponents

Can we have an option either in the UI or in the player.json so that, regardless of the usual graphics settings, deactivate the environmental reflections and shadows EXCLUSIVELY on the opponents.

All other shadows and reflection environment would remain present depending on the options selected in the UI.

I want also :

- Much finer graphic settings (for example very low/low/medium/high/ultra for all graphic parameters)
- Improve the "auto FPS" function
- Put the AI load on a separate core to relieve the CPU
- Graphics settings tutorial very precise and user-friendly (more than the existant).
