KNOWN Current RC, Can't change gears above 1st. Fine with regular build.

I have a Thrustmaster TS-PC Racer wheel and Fanatex CSL Elite pedals. In the regular non beta (non RC) version of the game everything works as it should.

In the RC build I can only go up to 1st gear. Yes I have tried to turning off the pit limiter that I had assigned to Button 10. Automatic clutch is enabled.

I also noticed that even if I turn automatic gears on, the gears won't shift to 2nd either. If I revert to the current non RC build of the game, everything works fine again.

 

Formula Pro? Oreca? If so....

Use the cars under the TEST heading.

OK. I found the TEST cars and it worked. No more gear problems. The brakes are very sensitive compared to the non RC build as in they lock up much earlier with less travel down the pedal than the regular build. Good feel with FFB and love the new sounds, so much more immersive like you are sitting in the middle of the action. Excellent stuff

 

Same for me. RC doesn‘t work for Formular 1 Pro but for all other cars I‘ve tried.
The main version works.

TEST works fine in tree RC

 

The ONLY cars you should be trying in the release candidate are the TEST vehicles. If you want to race with the rFPro or IR18, or Oreca 07, revert to the normal install.
