We at CTDP are in an interesting situation. We have more source material than people to make something of it, ie (re-)export it to rFactor2 - especially the Bahrain track. The sources are well up the standards required by rFactor2 and we would very much like to see them ported to rFactor2 in a high-quality fashion. However we don't have the manpower to continue producing new content and to take care of our old mods at the same time. We have all sources (PSD, Max-files, photo resources) and we are looking for people who'd like to pick up the work and convert them to rFactor2. Best case would be to work close with us to get feedback and profit from our experiences and resources. You would need at least good basic knowledge in 3D Studio Max and rF2 modding for bringing the parts ingame. Textur artist skills would be nice, too. Just to be clear, we expect your dedication to get into the subject. It is very early for conversions as alot of things may change in rF2 until it is final and the point is to provide a way into rF2 track exporting based on our material. Know this when considering to us approach us. Interested people can contact us via Mail or write me a PM.
your teams work is always top notch, I only question why even worry about this track. its most likely not gonna be on t schedule this year and its not fun to drive either. How about a CTDP verisions of Spa, Monza, Suzuka, the great tracks that are still left.
thats your opinion apex...i think Bahrain is gr8 fun...whoever does bring it in good luck and dont forget to fix the invisible collision along the main straight pitwall ...no matter how many times you warn people it always gets someone in a race lol
Apex what about leagues that want to run a 2007 F1 season and there is no Bahrain? also CTDP didnt make any Spa's, Monza's or Suzuka's for rF1. They're only interested in exporting the tracks THEY made
I have really wanted to try this circuit in rFactor 2. You have already begin the conversion to rFactor 2 Thanks CTDP
It is nice to see you are sharing your contend with the community even if you can't do it by yourself. From all I have seen the project is in good hands. Thanks CTDP and McNolo.
