Sometimes I can't see or change any of the settings in single player (see image). I can still hit Race and it will use my most recent settings for race, opponents etc, but I can't change it. I am using the release candidate and Better UI 3.1.1, so it could be either of those. I can't quite work out what makes it happen, but I think that it's after registering for one of the Competition System races. After that, even restarting RF2 doesn't get rid of the problem.
