Create link to a server

    Hi, i want to ask you guys a question

    How can i create a link in a forum to launch the steam app and get into a server
    it must be something like this:

    steam.exe -applaunch 365960 +connect=213.195.102.229:64400

    but i really don't know and also want to include server password if possible

    someone knows?

    I have
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 365960 +autojoin="server name" +connect=:password@IP address:port +multiplayer +path=".."
    but haven't used it in a while.

    steam://run/365960//+connect%20<host>:<port>%20+password%20<password>

    Replace <host> and <port> with your host/port, no angle brackets, <password> is optional.
