Crashing to desktop

If you use "All Tracks & Cars" as series and the S397 civic and silverstone track, it should be ok for testing.
In one of my former posts i had suggested to, before you start the game, rename the folder
..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData
into
UserData_Backup for example and then to start the game.
Sometimes the user files cause a weird behaviour of the game and with that method you get fresh files, that should work properly.
But as @Lazza has said already, the point where the trace ends is not constantly the same, so it really can be something that is not caused by rfactor 2 and it's content.
Do you have a anti virus software running?
I also mean to remember, that some users did report problems when using overclocking software like msi afterburner.
