crash to desktop

i cannot fix it no matter what i tried
i veryfied integrity of game files
i deleted all plgins from folders bin 32 and 64
i deleted the player jason file which is the key to enter RF2
but after i exit game to make it regognise my pedals and steering wheel when i tried to enter the game again it doesnt enter the game anymore
what can i do

cpu ryzen 5 1600
gpu nvidia 2060 super (drivers 460.79)
16 giga ram
asus b350 prime plus mobo
windows 10x64 home

i play the latest RC rfactor 2
what can i do to stop it from crashing when trying to enter game ?


EDIT Fanatec csl elite ps4 drivers 381
pedals thrustmaster TLC-M (no drivers need)

 

also i can enter rf2 if my fanatec csl elite is OFF .
what is happening ?

 

i m doing a full game fresh install hoping to play again rf2

 

fresh installation doesnt solve the issue
i still cannot enter the game and crash to desktop while logging
