Core and Data in one folder

    It is a problem to install core and data in one path?
    i have "C/Games/rF2/Core/userdata" is this a problem ??

    I have both on drive D in the same directory and no problems with it :)

    I structured it into

    X:\rfactor2\Core
    X:\rfactor2\Data

    Works like a charm


    I guess, that your case is related to where the game you have installed. Installing onto system partition is not good choice, IMO. But installing it into root instead of program files is just .... (name it on your own)

    install rf2 into program files or better onto another partition. In 2nd case you will not be forced to search rf data files (logs, profiles etc) on C anymore.

    Core and data in the same folder is fine as long as that folder is writable.
