Convert phoenix 1991 rf1 to rf2

of course i just have to fix a problem with a texture that looks good in 3dsMax but is rotated in moddev

Maybe a flipped Poly?

I don't know what it can be in 3dsmax and 3dsimed it's correct but in ModDev the texture turns 90 degrees.

this may be a different error to what i see, the white lines leaving the pit boxes point towards the PITIN instead of the PITOUT. i have fixed this problem.
