Compotetition system, reporting unsportsmanship behaviour?

Thanks for the offer, but for now I'll try myself, might become useful in the future as well. Nvidia Shadowplay seems quick enough. If I fail I'll use your help

 

Is this good enough?

The first part of the video shows the half of the first lap from that guys perspective. There is no revenge stuff, but shows in general how that guy imagines passing other people.
The second half is the stuff I mentioned in my original post. Later in the race he made a mistake that allowed me to pass him. It wasn't the cleanest I admit, but it was not mischievous, I did not wreck him and still it was cleaner than what this guy was doing throughout the race.
Then he went ballistic. First pushed me against the barrier, then wrecked me twice.
