It’s all in the setup. First race in the car so it did take a few days and nearly a dozen optimisation steps based on telemetry. I’m engineering for a sim team so that’s basically all I do these days. Plenty of rear brake bias and light feet was the key, I needed to be able to use the brakes to straighten the car at several points. With the right setup the rear end is incredibly stable as long as you can control it with your feet. The front tyres weren’t up to temp on that lap so that’s where the understeer comes from. The Porsche definitely gets a thumbs up from me, fantastic car to tune and drive.
Lakeside Raceway Park 5 Lap Challenge Part 01: The Boxmaster Hey everyone... I am doing a 5 Lap Challenge with my track Lakeside Raceway using the default cars that come with the rFactor game, and the paid DLC. The goal is to find the fastest and slowest cars over a 5 lap standing start, default setup and also get a hot lap as well. Here is the slowest car I have tested lol, and have tested 13 at this time.
