its not dynamic, but weather can be altered. iracing somehow uses very realistic looking textures that leave a small footprint & dont take many resources...idk, ive always maintained their tracks are just the best out there. the graphics engine clearly isnt elite but the look is incredibly natural and realistic. as for rf2...didn't feels3 use textures not much inferior to those gt6 ones for his tracks? say this based on a screenshot someone posted on this forum; i havent driven any of them in awhile & don't recall noticing the grass, just that overall they were the best looking tracks in rf2 (mid ohio also comes to mind).
