Thanks for all the feedback guys, learned some valuable things, much appreciated! More is welcome(and needed!)

I desaturated the blue and purple(10%, didn't want to do it too much and lose the colour, enough or more?) and darkened the alpha of the purple a bit also but kept the blue alpha bright. The black is now 30,30,30 with a lighter alpha channel, though still dark(90%). I did try some other shades and alpha channels but we decided on what you see above in Ronnie's post. Also took the purple away from the top of the rear wheel arches and replaced with black, just too much purple. I really liked the lighter shades of black/grey on the base colour, they looked great but it will appear on a future skin for sure.

A few I grabbed while playing around tonight. Loving the proper Matra/Stewart skin and having a blast with the FR3.5 2014. Cranked the AI aggression and skill up and had a brilliant race with the AI. They really can get tough with their moves if they get the chance XD.
