it needs the Glick for balance.(hint, hint)
not gonna lie this looks strange as it can be.
You see the sun and it shines without clouds or anything but it's dark as f*ck. That looks really strange. If I would not know this game I would say it's ugly as hell or broken or both
Doesn't change the fact that it is possible to see a sun like that. If it is beautiful or not is a different question.
Certain parts of the world it'll do that. Depends on exposure of the camera as well.
Yes it is weird to see sun still relatively high and dark at the same time.
But when you check some google images
Your pictures just confirm my statement.
Look at the sky, and the overall light.
And now look at the rfactor2 picture.
Sky dark, everything dark, no (much or none) reflection.
Just the sun without any light round it at all.
Edit: Or you did turn down your gamma to min
Depends on the exposure of the camera. You can do it on an iPhone these days.
It doesn't just depend on the camera. It depends on the sun elevation, wich is determined by the season, athmospheric conditions and what not. The list is pretty much endless. Any more questions?
Actually still looks brighter. Must be ambient color thing again, which is 3d modeller responsibility, seeing overall shading at that track being unbalanced it makes sense. Stevy is right. Not about rf2 being broken though.
