    Whenever I look at your ambient occlusion I keep getting the impression that you're using script with very low search radius. Or that someone tried to hand paint AO maps :)

    Model is looking very promising :)

    i thought the same, until i checked difference in fps in pcars with same settings: Dx11 - min 35 fps at start with 19 ai, dx9 - min 18 fps...
    Cobra is looking fantastic!

    I don't use 3D Studio, so I'm unfamiliar with it's scripts.
    It's just an observation that whatever script/tool ISI is using, it's not doing a good job or is not configured properly. AO maps on ISI cars and tracks tend to just darken some corners, which means they work "locally". Proper AO maps must be generated globally, for entire scene (occlusions between different models must be taken into account as well).

    Assetto Corsa has better AO maps although they seem to be applied to selected object, not to entire scene. I'm guessing they don't have an automated process, either :)
