A visual update on the development status of this beauty.

This is unedited apart from cropping (it was under AI control and I trimmed that logo and dev mode icons out). It's also from a build you don't have access to yet, obviously.

With the visual improvements on tracks lately, it's nice to see the cars take a step forward in quality, too.

Looks very very nice, looking forward to optimisations including shadows sorted etc

I'm not really into visuals but I must admit if the graphics engine doesn't seem tight / presentable / optimised
It does give a very bad impression even if the rest of the sim is top -as in the case of rf2

No other sim has the features of rf2, after optimisations / finalisations of existing things rf2 really deserves a big boost in promos etc

My fingers are crossed a fps boost will happen too at some stage at least to bring rf2 close to the performance of the x2 other sims on my hard drive

oh its unedited, this is exactly how my rF looks like, ISI has trully started to proove that DX9 was trully revolutional, but any newer DX is just adding unneccessary nonsences. Beautiful

Dx9 is fine by me, looking forward to this update I've not really used rf2 for last few months hopefully that will change

 

Not edited, but obviously taken at nice lighting conditions with sun down a bit (which of course leads to the inevitable "why doesn't noon look like this" replies). As a photographer, I've never seen nice lighting at noon in real life with clear skies... lol
