Wipers are not visible from cockpit view.
On the other site these are even animated from outside view.
 
They are visible, but they do flicker heavily depending on camera's distance to the wipers for me.

In other words, when standing still, the wipers become visible at -125/0. They are invisible for me with any seat position from -124/0 or greater. Because I'm usually driving at -100/0, they become visible when accelerating (because the helmet "moves" backwards) and disappear again under braking. ;)

I don't know what the bug is, but for me it's in all the vehicles that have wipers. Just depends on head movement back and forth.
 
I've noticed this in the 370z. They are visible, but if i move my head down a touch, they completely disappear from view. Move my head up a touch and they come back.
 
I never see the wiper on the clio, only when I brake hard or go off track & the car shakes, then the wiper flickers on/off.
