Everyone knows that endurance cars are easy car to drive, it's the main characteristic of those cars with the reliability! I hope that with the new build the car will get better!
I won't have much time to respond now for the rest of the day as I'm doing non-work stuff until this evening. Ill come here tonight. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
Hmmm, a question here also. I know some people were moaning about to much reflections on the windshield and to yellow colors and this might be now anoying but on the Corvette there are zero windshield reflections and almost no dirt. I prefered it the other way TBH. Is that supposed to be like that now or what's going on?
I knew this would happen and I'm seriously ticked at it. It's what really gave rFactor2 it's oomph graphically. Man I wish they bring it back or at least let it accumulate to the dirty windshield.
love this car!!! I have one question. is it supposed to be sequential or H shifting? because when in a corner with sequential shifting (auto clutch on) the car gives that bump and looses control
Yes, it does because you don't have clutch, and you can brake with your left foot and accelerate with your right at the same time. No need for heel and toe.
As I replied in other post to hoser70 who has altered windscreen for Megane: I think it's the road our eyeballs should be focused on. Also the dirt on Megane's windshield is way too "bright" and basically didn't allow us to have races at night. Haven't seen Vette's windscreen yet but suspect it's going into right direction. Just my two cents.
100% agreement here. Bring back the windscreen reflections! Turn them down a little in the corresponding alpha layer or make it an optional choice for the people who don't want them. It just feels like driving LFS when you don't see a bit of reflections and dirt on the windscreen and it looses a lot of immersion imo. Apart from this thanks for this excellent car
No, not in my eyes. The reflections where static, always on the same place. Sometimes brither, sometimes less bright. That made it possible to concentrate on the moving road. It was a bit overdone yes, but no reflections at all and no dirt is not the way to go IMHO. It was much much more immersive than without any dirt and reflections.
Maybe in the future there could be two windscreens to choose from in the TUNING page. One with reflections, one without. Dirt build would be nice to have on either windscreen version. It could be cleaned by either the pit crew or windscreen wipers.
You need to blip manualy, this car has sequential shifts not padle shifts, the 2012 version has padle shifts and blip automaticly, this one on downshifts you always need to blip manualy applying a little stroke in the throtle when downshifting!!!
Check this line in your .PLR file: Auto Blip="0" // Whether to automatically blip with manual shifting but auto-clutch (non-semiautomatic trans only) Auto Blip="1" enables it. I suppose it works with the Vette, but I haven't tried it. I have the option off (="0") in my .PLR.
