    It's rFactor with enhancements for running in an industrial multi-CPU environment (such as the simulator Jeff Gordon is seen driving), often tailored for the client. rF2's tire model is a descendant of rFactor Pro. rFactor Pro used to be wholly owned by ISI, but now it is a separate company with ISI providing them occasional support, somewhat similar to the current arrangement ISI has with Studio 397.
