Hello, I could not find a way how to reset the password of my game account. I searched in the forums here but couldn't find any clue either. Is it possible to change the password somewhere or should I contact the support directly? Thank you in advance! Regards, uykusuz
I've not tried this myself but there is a password-reset button in Launcher/Profile. I assume the new password will be emailed to the registered address.
Hm that's interesting, I'm too stupid to find that option I open the launcher, log in, but can't see something like "Profile". Do you perhaps have a hint where the profile is?
hm odd, its a tab in-between the Simulate and Purchase tabs. when I press it it opens my account details and shows the reset option. i'm logged in and using build 798. lifetime user.
Oh interesting. For some reason I was using a quite old build. Thought the software updates itself automatically. Thank you a lot!
