Change email address ?

How do I go about changing my email address for rfactor2.
It's probably elementary but thats who I am

 

Open launcher mate and click on your name ( top right corner )

Click "Change Password"

That will give option to enter and save a new email / password

 

This is not true!

I want to change my email address as the one i originally signed up with for Rf2 is no longer working.

You can change the password but it will send the info to the existing email address listed and wont let you change it to another address. I need to re-up my online subscription as its due saturday so i hope i can resolve this problem. It would be nice to have real access to my account info so i could change my $%&* email to a working one.

Help anyone?

 

Same problem here.. Although I dont know if I can have my old email reactivated again..

 

Try emailing support@rfactor.net - Probably for your own sake, if you have any reference of your original purchase e.g. date/payment info stick it in the email to prove who you are.

 

Guess ill give it a try...pretty frustrating issue which should be an easy problem to fix..but its not apparently.

 

No response from support on this matter yet....my online subscription has now lapsed.
