    My PC is:

    Intel i7 920 2.66GHZ
    6GB Ram DDR3 1333Mhz
    Ati Radeon HD 5850 1GB DDR5
    HD 120GB SSD Corsair

Until yesterday when I set all to full, except Track and Environment Reflection, NO AA and Trilinear, FPS were about 25-40.

Today I decided to overclock CPU and Graphics Card:

    CPU 2.66@3.33GHZ
    GPU 725@750MHz

and WOW FPS were about 110-130.

I have asked myself, what is the cause?

So I reset first the CPU Clock and the FPS were always about 110-130, then I set also the GPU clock to default and FPS were always about 110-130.

Now ALL PC clock are set to default and the game runs about 110-130fps with all settings to full.

    ???????????????????????????????????????

Sorry for my little English !

Looks like a EPU-6 engine or GPU speed throttling issue. When you overclock, both the CPU and GPU don't throttle down to save power.

This is interesting. But unfortunately I can't reproduce it. Overclocking my system (CPU and GPU) did increase the framerate about 10-20 FPS, but after resetting the CPU and GPU back to normal, the FPS also drop.
