Cars disappearing on track

    When i join i my leagues multi player online server cars dissappear in front of me but show a shadow and exhaust and tyre smoke if they brake, when i get closer to a car in front of me it reapears
    i have adjusted my end with 60 viseble cars in track also set my network mps to 60 upl and 60 dwl as my internet can handle it,

    Turn it off, that's the issue. Or at least, should be.
