I'm currently working on a project to convert a custom sports prototype race car into the rFactor 2 software.
I have finished the car including the graphics, physics, sound and tyre physics.
The car drives really good on the track, but from the moment you go off track or are involved in a collision with an AI driver, the front of the car bounces really badly and the tires move places in the bodywork sometimes.
when in a collision the car gets like stuck to the car involved in the collision

I have double checked a lot of data but have no idea what it good be, does anybody know?
The AI drives fine in the same car he doesn't have these problems

    thanks in advance

What does your collision body look like?

I fixed the collision body, the only problem now is that when you go off track at high speed the wheels will move from its position and the car will be undrivable.

Does anybody know what this might be?

    Thank you

Anything from a still-wrong collision body to bad suspension geometry. Throwing darts in the dark here, you're giving no info or pictures.

In the photo below shows what happens most of the time when you go off track
