SOLVED Can't switch back to normal version

I tried out the public beta. Because its very buggy and Im stuck at the end of loading into a race weekend I wanted to switch back to the normal version. In Steam it says that there is some sort of a error because of missing rights.

Is anyone experiencing the same ?

Pictures is showing the loading problem (2 times).

Restarting PC worked.
