I bought the game 3 days ago. It's been running fine, and a great simulation, especially for a Beta release. But now, when i boot up, all 3 icons are grayed out, and it won't connect to the 'commerce server', so I can't reactivate it. Been doing this for several hours now.
Sloeri, are you on Win7 with a Wireless Network Card? If so try enabling your ethernet card, i have an ethernet card built into my motherboard which i disabled because it caused issues for me in the past, after enabling it, it connected to the ISI servers fine and i can play. I am 100% certain it fixed my problem.
i am on Windows 7 yes, but a wired connection. am at work now, but will try it as soon as i get home this evening if anything has changed
Your best bet would be to enable any network card connected to your PC. Who knows what causes it, either way, it seems rF2 cannot connect to the internet unless i enable both my wired and wireless network cards.
