i think the title explains it self.

i cant install on another computer that i have please help

Pretty general. Are you trying to activate on another computer? If so (or if not), what is actually happening when you try and install? Does it hang? Do you get an install error? What are the differences between the one computer you installed the game on the one you're trying to install it on?

Some computer specs would help, also.
 
it installs well. i also installed the mods well. but its not "verfivied" so the simulate options are all unaveilable and there's no place to login.

Just go to the purchase page and activate it if you haven't already then you should be able to log in on the same page after it activates.

so i should choose reactivate? its not purchase because i've already done that in the other computer and its not refund for obvious reasons so its reactivate?
