Hi I am trying to play in offline mode but the purchased DLC cars are missing (both GT3 packs and the endurance pack) as well as Sebring. This is disappointing as I have paid money for these items. Is there anyway to solve this or is it online only?
Have you selected "All Cars & Tracks"? There definitely isn't a restriction on single player, the playable content remains the same.
There is something odd going on. 1st. choose one of the DLC cars. in the settings set the AI to zero cars. Then choose S397's Silverstone or Nola. I used these cars and tracks offline far more than online. And many users have reported using the cars and Sebring while offline, so it 'should' be working. You have the fully updated version of rF2? and not the light demo?
