    Dear all:

Where can I find the vehicle and tire dynamics model in RF2? For example, the multibody dynamics and tire friction model?

Is it possible to customize the models?

    Thank you.

I´m not sure what you mean by "model". You mean the physic files that describes how tyre or carbody behave?
If so, they are packed as .mas files under the installed folder.
Sure you can customize nearly everything in rF2. But you have to unpack the .mas files first with mas2.exe.

Yes, this is what I mean. I would like to create not only the outlooking of the car, but also the physics or dynamics of the car. Thanks!

For general modding ressources please look at the dev corner on this very website, or watch turorials on youtube, or work you through the modding-section of forum.
First step is to bring the mod you want to modify into devmode. Use search function or youtube for tutorial. I would send a link for a tool that do that very easy, but when forum moved from ISI to S397 links/threads dissapeared.
By the way: English didn´t seem to be your native language. What native are you?
