bug 64 bits

I think I will reinstall completly W10 tomorrow ...
case isnt only RF2 ( AC too is bugging 64b too )

You must download only Windows 32bit and 64bit Visual C++ Redistributable files 2005, 2008, 2010 especially 2012 and 2013, 2015 and any newer ones.

ARM is a different system.
