bright asphalt

hello I have a problem with rfactor 2. Every time I start a race the asphalt shines even when it is not raining. below the specifications of my pc: rtx 3080 ryzen 5800 x, 32 gb ram, nvme sabrent pcie 4.0.

I also have this problem, have had forward long while, does nit happen at all tracks but especially at Sebring
