The problem I'm having is that when I touch the piano the car bounces and is shot flying. Is happening to anyone else? Any ideas? It would be nice to have Isi's help for things like this. They've done a great job with the game, but I think the community could really use theis help. They are the pros.
I think you might be having wheel issues. there is a fix for this in the .plr I believe. something to do with controller.ini maybe or controller update rate needing to be 0 or 1. can't remember the exact info. do you have an old wheel? we'll need more info. P.S. what piano are you talking about?
This is the problem I'm having. This is the Barein circuit, but it's happening in the Malasyan Circuit, too. The wheels are fresh and new.
Looks like your collision model is too low, the real R18 is pretty high off the ground for an lmp anyways. When the collision is too low, or is constantly dragging (im guessing you wont hear it drag since it needs dragging sounds plugged in?) there will be spots on the track where the collision box will actually go below the track surface, and in an effort to avoid that the physics tell the car to get out of the track, bouncing you up like that.
