BOP or upgrades.ini if possible

    Regarding upgrades.ini, does anyone have the code required to add BOP. For example additional weight to the car?

    I'm assuming we're unable to bop official content, is it locked? I still want to bop another car but this was a separate question.

    It has been said by S397 that they will look at this problem. A date or how was not specified.

    Would make things so much easier rather than having to adjust the files... we can hope
