Blocking Win11 24H2 - Home Edition

Oh bunnies!

24H2 has finally popped up on my rig to download and install - it will brick my WMR VR headset though...

I've tried the registry suggestions for Win Home editions but the entry still appears in my Update list.

Does anyone know how to effectively block or remove this update (i.e. actually tried and tested the block rather than just blindly tried the Googled suggestions and crossed their fingers)???

I'm currently using since February this year an app called "In Control" on my gaming computer and it so far(touch wood) has stopped 24H2 from installing.

My laptop was infected with 24H2 prior to February so not much I can do about that, not that I use WMR on it anyways.
